3 days left to Kickstart, Toronto tix available

Hey guys!

So: we hit our original Kickstarter goal in 3 days — now there’s three days left and it looks like we’ll more than double it. I just released the new (totally wicked) movie delivery system pictured above today and included a side of commentary about why I think Murdoch’s less of a concern than Google these days.

After the end of the Kickstarter campaign we won’t be selling the $10 digital download any more. For a good reason, though: we’ve partnered with FilmBuff (owned by Cinetic who distroed Supersize Me and Exit Through the Gift Shop) who’s going to be handling the digital downloads from here on out via places like iTunes and Netflix starting in August or so. So you’ve got til Friday at 2pm EST to get a DRM-free version of it straight from us.

Those of you in Toronto might be interested in picking up tickets for its North American premiere in two weeks… people who pre-order will get a free No Media Kings book, DVD or t-shirt the night of the show!

The London England world premiere went great, pics of the sold out crowd here.

The Guardian called it “sheer delight“, and Creative Arts said “immensely successful… undoubtedly a cause for celebration“.

So things are off to a good start for this flick!
